Variation of Condition 43 of planning permission S/01587/99/CW to extend the date by which the extraction of sand and gravel and restoration of the land shall be completed from 31 December 2011 to 31 December 2019 (S/02279/11/CW).

Variation of Conditions 44 and 45 of planning permission S/01587/99/CW to allow provision of the information relating to the environmental management of the landfilling operations to be postponed from prior to commencement of soil stripping until prior to the commencement of landfilling and to allow the site to be worked in phases from south to north rather than north to south (S/02575/12/CW).
