• Description

  Cambridgeshire residents including users and non-users of the HWRC.

  To understand their behaviour at Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs).  Namely, when they visit, why the visit certain sites, do they queue, what do they like about the site etc.

  To help provide information that explain the capacity of HWRC.  Once the HWRC Strategy has been developed there will be a further consultation on the strategy.

• How can people give their views?

  Through completing a survey face-to-face or on-line.

• How can people find out the results?

  The results will be fed into the HWRC strategy.  If the results indicate that operational decisions can be made then further surveys and information gathering will be carried out.
