The other six member authorities are:
- Leicestershire County Council;

- Peterborough City Council.
ESPO acts as a purchasing agent for its member authorities and other customers to ensure that local authorities secure value for money. All goods and services ESPO supplies have already complied with Contract Regulations.
Cambridgeshire County Council tries, wherever possible, to purchase its services, works and goods through ESPO. ESPO services include the supply of:
- stationery and office supplies
- books and publications
- energy
- food and provisions
- furniture
- vehicles
- IT equipment.
