If you cannot find the answer that you want within these pages and you still need further help there are many ways you can contact us.

Please note: if you are a consumer, needing consumer advice or wishing to report an issue to us, please see our consumer contact details. The details below are for businesses to use.

If you would like to receive some business advice, report an issue to us or are calling from another Trading Standards Service, please email Cambridgeshire.direct@cambridgeshire.gov.uk.

Cambridgeshire Direct is the County Council’s contact centre and they will either respond to you directly, or refer your email on to us as appropriate.

By telephone

Cambridgeshire Direct provides business advice on our behalf, so if you have any enquiry or would like to report an issue by telephone, please contact them on 0345 0455206.

Opening times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. The contact centre is closed on Bank Holidays.

We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am – 4pm on Fridays, closing for lunch 12.30pm - 1.30pm each day.

You are welcome to visit us at our offices for advice, but we strongly recommend that you make an appointment (0345 0455 206) to ensure that someone will be available to help you as there are occasions where all our officers are working away from the office.

We are located in the same building as the library and medical centre in Great Cambourne.

When you arrive, you should go to the library reception as they provide a reception service for us.
