Connexions provides a wide range of services for all 13 to 19 year olds as well as young people with additional needs up to the age of 25.
The service is delivered by a wide range of Connexions personal advisors, information advisors and youth workers. They all work in small teams across Cambridgeshire and are found in Connexions centres, locality offices, schools and colleges and youth centres.
The aim is for all professionals to work together and share information effectively to improve the lives of children and young people.
