This is an integrated information and case management system helping the children's workforce in Cambridgeshire to share Children's Service data across the authorised services through the creation of a single record for each child.
Authorised Cambridgeshire staff can view data on a child's school attendance or behaviour, alongside social and community care records, helping them quickly identify vulnerable children and offer targeted support.
The system:
- Safeguards children through early and effective intervention based on a single child record accessible to all authorised personnel in Cambridgeshire.
- Meets statutory requirements. Data for performance management and statutory returns available from one place.
- Facilitates easy information sharing across agencies.
- Supports practitioners to access a single source of data.
- Supports more efficient service delivery.
- Improves day to day service quality and accountability through inbuilt quality checks and work flows.
- Measures and monitors the effectiveness of service delivery.
- Aids cultural change and provides a better service experience for children, families and practitioners because information is only collected once.
