If the Coroner is not involved, and you have collected the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death from the Hospital or GP, then book on-line or contact any Cambridgeshire Registration Office to make an appointment to register.

If it is not convenient for you to visit a Cambridgeshire Registration Office you can go to any other Register Office in England or Wales to make a declaration of the particulars required for the registration.

In that case, any death certificates you require (and have paid for), the form issued for social security purposes and the one issued for the burial or cremation to proceed will be sent to you by post
