All Cambridgeshire Registration Offices operate a strict no smoking policy. The only animals allowed in the buildings are those registered Assistance Dogs, such as Guide Dogs, Dogs for the Deaf etc.
Those offices open on a Saturday are only open for ceremonies and not appointments or enquiries.
None of the Registration Offices are open on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday. It is possible to have a civil ceremony in one of our Approved Premises on Sundays and Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
Out of hours contact
If you need to contact us regarding an urgent matter (such as a death registration for religious reasons or a ceremony where one person has a short life expectancy) at a time when the County Council's contact centre is closed, then please telephone Cambridgeshire Constabulary on 0845 4564564. The contact centre is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
