The Register Office is located at Castle Lodge, in the grounds of Cambridgeshire County Council's headquarters on Castle Hill. There is disabled access and the whole office is on ground floor level.

The facility exists for a loop hearing system to assist those who use a hearing aid.

There is usually adequate free parking on site, particularly for those attending ceremonies on a Saturday.

Certificate applications made in person will be available for collection after 11.00 am on the next working day or can be posted to the applicant. We aim to dispatch postal applications within two working days of receipt. (Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that all Cambridgeshire Registration Offices employ a strict no smoking policy.
