Trading Standards outreach advice service

In October 2004, Cambridgeshire Trading Standards Service moved from three separate offices located at Huntingdon, March and Gt Shelford to one office at Gt Cambourne. Realising this move would pose difficulties for the majority of our personal callers, in 2002, we started ‘advice surgeries’ at Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB’s) in, Cambridge, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots and Wisbech.

A Trading Standards professional, trained and experienced in providing advice regularly attends the CAB’s on a monthly rota. Anyone seeking ‘ face to face’ advice can contact their nearest CAB and book an appointment - no more waiting your turn in a queue!

This service is open to all. Any advice is given in strictest confidence.

If you cannot get to your nearest bureau you can book an appointment at another bureau of your choice, or contact us by phone, fax or email.
