Our partner organisation, The Citizens Advice Consumer Service, assists with all consumer enquiries on our behalf. Their contact telephone number is 0845 4040506. Calls will cost no more than 4p per minute for BT customers (other networks will vary).

We are located in the same building as the library and medical centre in Great Cambourne.

 

We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am – 4pm on Fridays, closing for lunch 12.30pm -1.30pm each day.

 

You are welcome to visit us at our offices for advice, but we strongly recommend that you make an appointment (0345 0455206) to ensure that someone will be available to help you as there are occasions where all our officers are working away from the office.

 

When you arrive, you should go to the library reception as they provide a reception service for us.

 

Please note that if you live outside of Cambridgeshire, you will need to contact your local Trading Standards service.  The Trading Standards Institute website will tell you where your local Trading Standards service is by entering your postcode in a search box.
