The Trading Standards Service works to ensure that Consumer and Business education services are provided to all areas of the community in Cambridgeshire.

We work in partnership with Schools, Colleges, Voluntary and Community Groups and the Business sector to address a wide range of issues covering advice and information on consumer and traders rights and responsibilities, legislation and the work of the Trading Standards Service.

We organise local training events, seminars, site visits, workshops, talks and exhibitions and provide locally relevant training materials that are tailored to the needs of individual client groups.

Within the County Council, we will normally deliver talks, seminars, workshops, issue teaching packs and materials free of charge. Outside this area, or where commercial interests are involved some services may involve a small charge.
