Shopping from home
Extras

Shopping from home can be very convenient, sitting in the comfort of your own home with no queues and no traffic.

Generally you should have no problems when buying goods or services from home but you need to be aware of possible dangers. You should take some simple precautions to make sure your purchase is stress-free and safe.

New Legislation, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 came into effect on the 31 October 2000.
