Reporting underage sales

We endeavour to ensure that age-restricted goods such as alcohol, tobacco and fireworks do not get into the hands of underage children.

If you know of a shop or trader who is selling age-restricted goods to underage children then we would like to hear from you.

You can report your suspicions over the telephone by contacting our partner organisation, The Citizens Advice Consumer Service. They can be contacted on 0845 4040506. Calls should cost no more than 4p per minute for BT customers (other networks will vary and from mobiles may be considerably higher). Minicom users should dial 08451 23 13 84.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to email or write to us, our contact details can be found on the right.

You are able to remain anonymous if you wish.
