Covering the parishes of Christchurch, Elm, Parson Drove and Wisbech St Mary and Waterlees Ward Wisbech, Fenland Links is a neighbourhood management programme which aims to work with local people and service providers to improve the delivery of local services.


Fenland Links is funded by central government via the Local Area Agreement and is a partnership between local people, their communities, service providers, the voluntary and community sectors.
