It is our policy to provide your first subject access request free of charge where the information is either held electronically or as a paper record (also known as manual data) that is readily available.

For any other types of paper records, charges may apply in line with the Freedom of Information and Data Protection fees regulations, and our charging policy which can be viewed by following the link on the right.

Any subsequent requests may incur a charge in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our charging policy, which ever applies.

You will be informed of any charges before we begin collating any information.
