In the financial year 2012/13, we responded to 899 requests under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and the Environmental Information Regulations.
Requests should be responded to within 20 working days and we always aim to reply within this deadline and in a timely manner. In 2012/13, we responded to 97 per cent of the 899 requests within the deadline.
The CSV files under the Publications heading below provide data on the number of requests due every month and the number that were responded to within the 20 working day deadline for the financial years 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13.
