If you have any problems making your views known, ask a friend or relative to help.

You can also get advice from other organisations and groups; for example Citizens Advice Bureaux.

Anyone can make a complaint for you. This will not affect the way in which we deal with your complaint. However, you should make sure you agree with what they have written.
