The Contact Centre - Who are we?

The Contact Centre is part of Cambridgeshire Direct, the Cambridgeshire County Councils first point of Customer Contact for most of its services.

What do we do?

The Contact Centre provides easy access to many local services by phone, e-mail, fax and minicom.  These services range from the assessment and issuing of Blue Badges (disabled parking permits) to Waste Management.  Phone is by far the most popular way of contacting the County Council and is the main activity of the Contact Centre.

How can we help?

You can contact us to speak with a Customer Liaison Officer between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, unless specified otherwise against a service contact number.  You will always speak to a real person based in Cambridgeshire.  We will endeavour to answer or resolve your issue there and then, but where that is not possible, we will ensure that you are referred to the right person.  For a full list of services and contacts follow the Council Service Contact Number link on the left of this page.
