Cambridgeshire Direct is a part of Cambridgeshire County Council that provides public access.  This includes web access, phone, fax, e-mail and minicom.
Cambridgeshire Direct aims to make it easier for our customers to access Council services.  It consists of:

• The Contact Centre;
• Cambridgeshire County Council web access; 

The vision is to work in partnership with the District Councils to provide seamless access to the public.  At this time Cambridgeshire Direct provides services on behalf of South Cambridgeshire District Council and works in partnership with the Huntingdonshire District Council Call Centre.
