Value for Money

The council spends its money on providing services for Cambridgeshire; protecting and developing its children, providing support services for vulnerable adults, as well as community facilities such as libraries.

We are responsible for maintaining and investing in infrastructure: roads, bridges, waste facilities and other less noticeable infrastructure such as the Cambs Community Network IT infrastructure.

We manage our money from two pots: Revenue and Capital
