One-Stop-Shops
One-Stop-Shops are providing access to a wealth of information and services delivered by the County Council and our partners. They are helping customers with limited access to the internet or Council offices, access information and services.
One-Stop-Shops are part of our joint programme to deliver services in partnership with our District Councils and other partners.
One Stop Shops offer:
- Assisted access to our website and Community Portal;
- The ability to print copies of all our online leaflets and documents;
- The opportunity to request services, make a complaint, contact the Council and respond to consultations, by email.
A number of computer access points are available for public use in libraries and some local villages. Many have staff on hand to offer help and assistance.
