The Health and Wellbeing board (HWB) started Shadow meetings on 14 October 2011 which are chaired by the Leader, Councillor Nick Clarke. The purpose of the HWB is to promote the health and wellbeing of Cambridgeshire’s communities, focusing on securing the best possible outcomes for all residents.
