The Children's Workforce Strategy sets out priorities for the recruitment, training and development of all sectors of the workforce providing services for children and young people in Cambridgeshire.  Its purpose is to improve outcomes for children and young people by developing a workforce that is more motivated and better skilled.  Actions for the coming year are described in detail, together with milestones for 2009 and targets for 2015.
