Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) in Cambridgeshire

Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) are partnerships which have been set up based on the five districts in Cambridgeshire.  The partnerships involve senior representatives from different agencies across public, private and voluntary sectors.  These organisations provide important services to the public such as health care, community safety, transport, education and environmental protection.  Agencies have teamed up to work together more effectively and improve the quality of life in each area.  They can do this by joining up their activities to make the best use of resources and by sharing their knowledge and expertise.  Each LSP is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a Community Strategy setting out the long term vision and the way agencies will work together to make a difference.
