Integrated Plan 2008

The Integrated Plan sets out our commitment to provide high quality cost effective public services that reflect the views and wishes of the people of Cambridgeshire.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The Plan is divided into sections. In Section 1, we set out our vision and values, our four strategic objectives, our three service delivery principles and our six improvement priorities together with a summary of planned actions and performance improvements. In Section 2, we detail actions planned to deliver on our objectives, principles and improvement priorities. In Sections 3 and 4, we set out the budget, which details how we will fund activity in Sections 1 and 2, together with the remainder of the Council’s business.

During 2007, we revised our long-term vision and identified the key challenges and priorities for delivering services to our residents. This was achieved through consultation with residents, local community groups and our partners in the public, private and voluntary sector as well as with our employees, through surveys, focus groups and road shows. The results are set out in the Integrated Plan 2008.
