Further information on the importance of performance review, and on what you can find from the links is given below.
Performance Review
Performance Review is an essential function of Cambridgeshire County Council. Quality, timely performance information can help our Councillors and Managers understand where we are doing well, and not-so-well, and so where attention and resources should be focussed for maximum benefit.
Council Performance
Our performance is measured using performance indicators (PIs), most of which are set nationally. We publish how well we have done against these PIs annually in our Best Value Performance Plan, but more up-to date information is available in our Quarterly Reports, which can be accessed on the left.
Local Public Service Agreement
Performance Management also lets us keep track of specific initiatives such as our Local Public Service Agreement (LPSA) 2004-07, where we have undertaken (in conjunction with our partners) to try to achieve stretching targets to improve many areas of life in Cambridgeshire. Learn more about our LPSA and progress towards achieving it via the link on the left.
Council Budget and Spending
How we perform is affected by and influences where we spend your money.
