Contact Centre on 0845 0455211.   Please note, that this number will deal only with online web payments for goods and services.

Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday (GMT).

If you have already received your order, you will need to arrange for all goods, you wish to be refunded, to be returned before a refund can be issued.

The refund amount will be refunded directly onto the credit/debit card that you have used for the transactions.  We will not issue any cash or cheque refunds.
