Access to Learning Early Years Specialist Support Teams consists of:

• Pre-School Specialist Support Teachers
• Nursery Nurses
• Early Years Area SENCOs and
• Portage Home Visitors

The service is part of the county council's strategic response to early identification and intervention.  This service works in partnership with professionals from Health and Social Care to provide support and advice to children with Special Educational Needs, their parents, carers and early years settings.
