Support for Learning Early Years Teams consist of:
- Early Years Specialist Support Teachers
- Early Years Area SENCos
- Early Years Specialist Support Workers / Sector Support Workers
- Portage Home Visitors
The service is part of the county council's strategic response to early identification and intervention. This service works in partnership with professionals from Health and Social Care to provide support and advice to children with Special Educational Needs, their parents, carers and early years settings.
