Cambridgeshire’s Adult Special Learning Team provides courses in Cambridge, East Cambridgeshire, Fenland, Huntingdon and South Cambridgeshire. The courses are mainly for those over 18.
Working in partnership with other service providers and in consultation with users and carers to provide educational opportunities for groups of
- adults with learning difficulties
- adults with or recovering from mental health illness
- lip-reading classes
- frail elderly people
- back to employment projects
We also provide information, advice and guidance to encourage adult learning for all.
The seaside models created at one of this year's classes were used by the Libra Theatre Group in recent productions.
