The Centre is situated in the Trumpington area, on the southern outskirts of the university city of Cambridge. With ample parking, it is easily accessed from the M11 motorway (Junction 11), and is within a mile of the city centre.
The River Cam flows through the nearby village of Grantchester. Local amenities are close by and our staff can advise on local, high quality accommodation.
The building has been designed to provide a modern working environment - making it suitable for virtually any type of conference, meeting or seminar. With a wide choice of rooms, ranging from the small and informal (for up to 8 people), to the main conference hall (for up to 100 people), the Cambridge Professional Development Centre is ideal for any type of conference, meeting or seminar.
The attractively furnished rooms are all on the ground level, providing easy access for all equipment and deliveries. There are full facilities for the disabled and any special requirements can be organised by prior arrangement. Audio visual and presentation equipment is available to hire, but does need to be pre-booked. Additional services, such as the supply and provision of exhibition panels, word processing, administration, telephone and facsimile are also available for a nominal charge.
