Connexions offers a confidential support service to all 13-25 year olds who have an additional need, learning difficulty and/or disability.

We provide independent information, advice and guidance on:

  • education, employment and training choices 
  • career planning 
  • money matters 
  • housing and health issues 
  • relationships and 
  • personal development activities

To make an appointment you can either contact your Connexions Personal Adviser at your school, college or local Connexions centre, or call us on our freephone number, 0800 56 13219. 


Our publications

You will usually get your copy of our publications from your Connexions Personal Adviser or your school. However you can download them on the right. The leaflets are:

  • Choices - a personal guide and workbook for options after Year 11
  • General parents and carers guide - for parents of all young people aged 13 to 19
  • My Future - a guide to education, employment and training options
