Students, who started University in 2007 or earlier:
If you decide to change your course or University you MUST inform us by:
- Completing a Change of Circumstance form and send it to our office. This form can be downloaded from the DFES website.
- ALSO ask your new University/Faculty to complete a Transfer notification form (the University will have a supply of transfer forms) and send it to our office.
- Once received your application will be reviewed and you will be sent a letter to confirm whether the change of University/Course has been approved. You will also be notified of any change to the financial support available to you.
New Students, starting University in 2008:
'A' level results in August -
If you receive your 'A' level results and your final choice of course /University is not the same as the choice you originally applied for on your Student Finance application earlier in the year.
- Please notify us of your new course/ University details by sending a letter (to the address opposite) or email us including details of: your full name, ART ID (if known), name of new University to be attended, new course title and length of new course together with UCAS codes (if known) and tuition fee rate.
Alternatively, complete a Change of Circumstance form which can be downloaded from the link opposite, before completion and posting to this office.
Upon receipt of this information your financial support package will be reassessed for the new course/University and a new revised financial notification will be sent to you in due course.
