Much of our work is done in partnership with the County's schools, particularly in the area of raising achievement and social inclusion.

Projects involving joint working with schools include:

• Alternative Curriculum programmes such as the Princes Trust XL Clubs
• Duke of Edinburgh's Award programme
• Personal, Social Citizenship and Health Education (PSCHE) projects with youth workers working in the class room
• Information and Advice centres based in the school
• Youth Councils
• After school activities offering informal learning on a wide range of topics
• Active Citizens in Schools (ACiS) working in a three way partnership between schools, Changemakers and the Youth Service
