Second stage - Consultation
A formal consultation with landowners and statutory consultation groups is carried out for all applications.
During the formal consultation stage, national organisations are consulted about the proposal.

- British Horse Society
- Parish and District Councils
- Utility Companies
- Local County Councillors
They may have concerns about your proposal, and we will aim to keep you informed of any issues they raise so that these can be resolved.
The County Council is unlikely to make an Order if serious concerns raised during the consultation period cannot be resolved; therefore it is in your interests to maintain a flexible approach and be prepared to consider other alternative options.
