Hedge cutting work party

The Urban Biodiversity Group works to get community groups in cities, towns and villages involved in action for wildlife.

The Urban Working Group’s aim is to review and deliver the Urban Biodiversity Action Plans. Group members are working with local communities in Peterborough, Huntingdonshire, Cambridge City and in the Cambridge Green Belt to protect and enhance urban habitats and to promote and raise awareness for biodiversity.

We are planning a Conference Workshop "Our Wild Neighbours" on 1st of May 2008 at Hinchingbrooke country Park.

In the past the Urban Working group guided the work of the Nature In Your Neighbourhood project.
