Countryside and Rights of Way

With drier ground conditions, barriers on byways subject to seasonal Traffic Regulation Orders have now been opened. The subsoil is still wet in many places, and we ask users and farmers to show restraint where surfaces might be damaged. We appreciate the work farmers do levelling surface damage caused by agricultural traffic during the wetter months. May 2013.
