The County Council determines 3 types of applications. Regulation 3's (County Councils own developments such as schools and roads) and also minerals and waste applications.

There are two different online forms that can be used to submit applications. The first is through the Planning Portal, a Government hosted website that caters for regulations 3 applications and waste applications, this has been specifically designed for the Standard Application Form (compulsary by April 08). The second is through a separate system and is specifically designed for minerals applications, which do not fall within the Standard Application Form.

Applications created can be saved at any time for completion at a later date if desired. Supporting documentation that needs to be supplied can be attached electronically, but must be in PDF format.

On your initial visit to each of the online forms you will be asked to create a profile, once created you will be able to track progress of your applications submitted through the portal. Access the forms from the links on the right hand side.
