Under the transitional arrangements all adopted local plans will become ‘saved plans’ for a period of three years from commencement of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act. With regard to the County Councils Plans this provision will relate to:
- The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Waste Local Plan (2003)
- The Cambridgeshire Aggregates (Minerals) Local Plan (1991)
