Feedback can be given online using the Consultation Portal (hosted by Peterborough City Council). This site can be accessed using the link on the right hand side.
How to make a representation
- Access the Consultation Portal using the link on the right hand side.
- If this is the first time you have used the consultation package click on "Register" on the top left to be able to submit comments. Fill in your details and submit. You will now be e-mailed an account activation request. Click the link in this email.
- Login and open the document you wish to view. You can use the list of content on the left and the scroll bar on the right to navigate to the section you would like to comment on.
- Click on ‘add comment’ on the coloured bar at the top of that section to bring up a page entitled "Limehouse Consultation".
- Complete all sections of the representation form using the scroll bar on the right of the screen to move the page down. Click "Done".
Your representation has now been submitted and you will receive an e-mail to confirm this.
- To make another representation click on "return to draft" and select the section you would like to comment on.

How to view a representation
You can view representations made by others once they have been processed.
- Open the interactive version of the document.
- Go to the section of the document you would like to view then click on ‘view comments’.
This will bring up a screen which shows all the representations which have been made on the policy, section or chapter you have selected.
