A number of interactive electronic forms are available from our site allowing you to request information or to have your say on decisions involving the county council.

Requirements

In order to use these forms you will need JavaScript and SSL 3.0. Most modern browsers will have these enabled automatically. If the forms do not work for you, instructions for enabling JavaScript and SSL 3.0 for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera are available. For further help please contact the provider of your internet browser.

Registering

Some forms may you request you log in to fill them in. If you have already registered with us, simply enter your username and password to log in. If you haven’t you can register with us here. Registration will allow you to:

  • Fill in forms faster. Our online forms intelligently remember details you have previously provided and pre-fill your details where appropriate. 
  • Partly complete forms and save them for completion later. Many screens will show a My Saved Forms link, allowing direct access to your forms. 
  • Use the My Cases link to track progress for your requests, whether submitted online or through our call centre.

Alternatively you can progress to the majority of forms without logging in or registering.

Filling in the form

Each form consists of one or more pages. You will be requested to enter information by typing into text boxes, selecting from a list and/or pressing buttons. Compulsorily questions are marked with a red *. If you have missed any required questions you will be notified when you progress to the next page.

Navigation

The icons at the bottom of each page allow you to navigate forwards and backwards through the form. You can skip to a previously entered page to edit your details by selecting from the “Go to page” menu. If you have logged in, the “Complete later” form will save your progress allowing you to fill in the remainder at a later date.
