Information on how to contact us.
On some pages a contact name is present, along with any combination of the following contact information; telephone, fax, address and email.
These contact names are relevant to the section you are visiting, and allow you to directly contact the department responsible for the the page, and its content.
Although it may feel impersonal that contacts are usually a department, rather than an individual, this has been done to allow us to give you a satisfactory and timely response.
If a named individual responsible for responding to feedback is off sick or on holiday, for example, there is a danger of correspondence going unanswered. It is for this reason that all communications are sent to generic addresses.
If you are contacting us by email, a feedback form will be used. This allows people with web-based email addresses, and those using public or shared computers, to contact us without going through an e-mail program like Outlook Express.
Simply fill in the form and press "Send", but please remember, if you would like a reply, you must include an email address, or alternative contact information.
