Flash

What is Flash?

Flash is a popular method for adding animation, video and interactivity to web pages. It offers an enhanced experience for people viewing content on the web. The software was originally produced by Macromedia. The company was acquired by Adobe Systems Inc. in 2005.

How do I view it?

To access Flash content in a web page, you will need to have installed the Flash player plugin. Very often this will be included automatically in your web browser, but in some cases you might need to install or upgrade it yourself. This software is available free of charge and the link to Flash software can be found under external links.

Why do we use Flash?

Flash allows us to offer an improved presentation and more interactive web page content. In case you prefer not to use Flash player, we always include a version of the content that doesn’t require the Flash player software.
