We are looking for individuals who would be willing to help us with customer research.
Some of our research will be carried out online, so you can take part from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. We will also be arranging some face-to-face interviews, or focus groups, to show you what we are working on and get your feedback.
We will of course reimburse any travel expenses you incur by taking part in our research. For face-to-face sessions you will receive a token for a well known High Street or Internet retailer.

What will happen once I sign up?
Once you sign up you will receive an automated confirmation email. We will contact you when we are conducting relevant customer research. You can decide if you are interested in taking part.
What happens if I change my mind?
If your circumstances change or you decide you do not want to be contacted again, you can contact Web Strategy Team using the details to the right and ask for your name to be removed from the email list.
What will you do with my data?
Please note that any data we collect about you will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The feedback you provide will only be made available to a limited number of Council staff for the purpose of improving our web sites and online services. Any personal information such as your name or references to your employer, educational institution, family, friends or colleagues will remain anonymous. Each time you take part in our customer research we will explain exactly how we plan to store and manage your data.
