PDFs
Some of the documents on this site are available in Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format (PDF).
To view PDF documents you need to use a PDF file viewer, such as Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Exchange, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe Systems Incorporated. There are various versions available, including one designed specifically for users with vision problems.
Microsoft Office
Although we continue to make our material as accessible as possible, by using open formats, some documents are still published in Word and other Office formats.
For Windows users, simply having Office installed is the only action required. If you do not own this software a free viewer can be obtained from the Microsoft website.
Linux users can use Open Office or Star Office to view these documents.
