Definitions
Gross satisfaction: this is the percentage of survey respondents who rated their experience as better than "okay".
Net satisfaction: this is the percentage of survey respondents who rated their experience as better than "okay" minus the percentage of those who rated their experience as worse than "okay". Respondents who rated their experience as "okay" aren't counted.
Average net satisfaction nationwide: this is the mean net satisfaction across all organisations using the SOCITM site survey. That includes most local authorities, and a number of other public sector organisations.
