Improving our corporate website
There have been improvements to the Cambridgeshire County Council website. The new features include:
- the ability for residents to rate and comment on individual pages
- the ability for residents to quickly share pages, using services such as Twitter and Facebook
- enhancements designed to improve site accessibility
- an improved page layout, making it easier for residents to quickly find information or complete a task
- an increased text size and layout, to improve legibility
These changes have been made to
- improve customer experience, making it easier for residents to quickly find information or complete a task
- improve the delivery of our services via cheaper channels
- better understand the needs of residents and enable us to improve our web pages following their feedback.
