Planning your web pages

Before you arrange to publish content on the corporate website, think about the following points.

  • Who is your target audience?  Consider what specific information they will need to know. 
  • Think about the amount of information you are wanting to add.  Only add what is necessary.
  • What tasks do your customers need to carry out? Help them self-serve by providing online forms and transactions. 
  • Improve communication with your audience by providing contact details for your service.
