There are three graduate trainee programmes, use the links on the left to find out more about each one. 
Although the programmes are different they all contain some common ingredients:

• You will be given the opportunity to study for a professional qualification in your chosen field, and provided with other training that will support you in your job.
  
• You will be given a permanent contract – we hope that you will stay with us after you have qualified so we offer you the security of a permanent contract now.
  
• You will undertake placements so that you gain a thorough understanding of the opportunities available within such a large and diverse organisation.
  
• You will receive frequent supervision and the chance to meet up with other graduates trainees on a regular basis.
