Through Connexions, Cambridgeshire Archaeology offers work placement opportunities for students who are considering a career in archaeology. Pupils can arrange a placement for 1 or 2 weeks.
Please note that places are very limited, so if you are interested book early with your Careers Advisor. Each prospective work experience student will be asked to write a 200 word letter of application as to why they are interested in a placement with Cambridgeshire Archaeology.
Students under the age of 16 will only be able to undertake office-based work due to the health and safety requirements for site excavation.
